Construction Phase:

• We provide you with monthly progress reports, and schedule updates.
• We keep you informed throughout the building process and promptly communicate changes that can affect your schedule or pricing.
• Our coordinated scheduling will give you a clear understanding of the various stages and status of your residence.
• We will protect your investment by providing the highest quality workmanship.

Post Construction Phase:

•     We provide you with a clean, beautiful, finished home - ready to move in.
•     We offer the standard one year builders warranty with extended warranties for appliances and heating & cooling equipment.
